Overview
Thank you for your interest in renting a mobile wood-burning sauna from Norra Dalen Nordic Sauna. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you. The rental information below is an overview of our terms and conditions. This will be provided in a form with much more detail, a signature requirement and specific information to each customer. If you have any questions about it, please feel free to ask us.
Acknowledgement and Agreement

- Any guests with mobility or health conditions that require assistance should be accompanied by another adult

Rental Periods and Fees
With each package, we have a set fee. Special events or longer rentals are available upon request.
Delivery and pick up are included for renters in Gunnison Valley. For locations outside of the Gunnison Valley, there are specified fees per mile.
We do have a refundable damage deposit in addition to the rental fees. This fee and rental fee are required upon accepting the Rental Agreement.
Rental Inclusions
We provide a few items with the rental, but they are required to be returned with the rental. Renter agrees to be responsible for use and agrees to return these items (except firewood).
Delivery & Pickup
The renter agrees to have an authorized, flat, safe, easily accessible location on private property to park and operate the sauna (including operation of a woodburning stove). The sauna trailer has a small footprint and requires the following minimum space: 9’W x 17’L x 12’H.
If the Company representative arrives to find an unsuitable or unauthorized location: (i) this will be treated as a cancellation, and the Renter will not be refunded the Rental Fee, including any Delivery Fees (if applicable), and (ii) the sauna will not be dropped off. In this event, the Company will refund the Damage Deposit.
- Agreement to rental period date and time
- Agreement for renter to be present at delivery and pick up.
- Agreement to not move sauna after delivery
- Agreement to not light sauna on the day of the pick up and will ensure fire is extinguished. The stove must be cool for safe transport.
Equipment Agreement/Payment/Deposit/Cleaning
- Renter and Company rep will inspect all items and sauna at the time of drop off to document any existing deficiencies/damage.
- Renter is responsible for any damage or loss or any excessive cleaning required. The Damage Deposit will be used for these repairs.
- Company rep will provide safe operational use of the sauna.
Cancellation Policy
Norra Dalen Nordic Sauna understands that plans change for many reasons including those out of our control. Therefore, the Company offers, and the Renter agrees to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the rental period shall receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, Delivery Fee (if any) and damage deposit.
- Cancellations between 1 and 2 weeks prior to the start of the rental period have 2 options:
- The Renter can cancel and be charged 25% of the Rental Fee, but will receive a full refund of the Delivery Fee (if any) and full refund of the Damage Deposit; or
- The Renter can rebook for the same or longer rental period at a future date with no penalty. The Renter agrees that if they rebook for a longer rental period, they will be charged any additional fees to cover the difference in rental period length.
- Cancellations less than 1 week prior to the start of the rental period are not entitled to a refund of the Rental Fee (however, the Renter will be refunded the Delivery Fee (if any) and Damage Deposit).
